1. Cold Aggregate Container
LUTON portable asphalt mixing plant includes 1-4 containers (usually 4). Each container has a hopper, a rough weighing system and feeder belt.
Dustrpoof cover on feeder belt and collector belt reduces the chance of dust emission.
Besides, the speed of feeder belt and collecting belt is changeable in accordance with the capacity and aggregate ratio.
2. Drying Drum
LUTON drying drum is made of stainless steel and steel alloy, which helps the thermal expansion evenly and smoothly, and maintain the heat.
The clockwise rotary permits aggregates to enter and to be dried, and the anti-clockwise rotary allows the hot aggregates discharged.
3. Dust Remover
With the primary gravity dust collector and the secondary baghouse filter, the particles less than 20 mg/nm3 is able to be moved out.
4. Vibrate Screen
LUTON vibrating screen includes screening system, hot bins and weighing system.
The screen is powered by high pressure motor, ensuring a lasting and strong vibration of aggregates.
The screen and the weighing system make sure the accurancy is above 99.5%.
5. Mixer
The portable asphalt mixing plant adopts twin shaft horizontal mixer which helps the aggregate, filler material and bitumen is completely mixed here.
Usually, the mixer ensures you get a batch of finished products in 45 – 50 seconds.
