Cold Aggregate Supply System
Cold feed bins are used to weigh different aggregates and make them collected in a specified propotion.
Drying and Mixing System
Aggregates are dried and mixed in the rotary drum at the same time (a double drum asphalt plant has a different process that aggregates are dried in the first drum and mixed in the second drum).
Dust Collecting System
Dust catcher is the most crucial part during the asphalt production. Even though water filter is commonly used, the baghouse dust collecting system is a better choice if your budget allows it.

Components
The mobile drum plant mainly consists of the cold aggregate supply system, rotary drum, water dust collector, bitumen supply system and control room. Compared with mobile drum plant, the mobile batching plant adds vibrating screen, hot aggregate bins, weighing system and two shaft mixer .
