Brief Working Flow

Cold aggregates from the stockpiles are fed into the aggregate hopper, then are sent to the dryer drum to remove the moisture. After being sieved, weighed and mixed with mineral fine particles and bitumen, the finished asphalt mixture is produced batch by batch.

Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant

Drum plant is also named continuous mixing plants.

Based on the drum numbers, LUTON drum mix plants are divided into 2 types, single drum asphalt plant and double drum hot mix plant.

Based on the heating methods, LUTON drum asphalt plants include parallel flow drum plant and counter flow asphalt mixing plant.

Each type of drum plant works in a continuous method, making sure that you can get large volume of finished products without interruption in a short time.

LUTON drum plant capacity is 20 t/h to 80 t/h.

Brief Working Flow

Cold aggregates in different sizes and types from the aggregate containers are sent to the continuous rotary drum.

In the first section of the drum, the aggregates are heated whilst in the second section of the rotary drum, the aggregates are mixed with mineral powder and the liquid bitumen.

The continuous drum rotating produces the finished products uninterruptedly.

Mobile Hot Mix Plant
